Happy Monday!

Phew, this  morning has been really out-of-whack for me….

I woke up at 12:45, ate breakfast, and watched a movie (“The Change Up”…pretty good!).

Thank goodness I was able to fall back asleep, and I got about 5.5 more hours of sleep Smile This whole waking up at really early hours of the morning thing is really starting to drive me crazy!

Breakfast 1: (more like a midnight snack…)

Overnight oats:

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp. flaxseed
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 small gala apple, chopped
  • Topped with a spoonful of peanut butter just before eating!


Breakfast 2:

I had a cup of pineapple greek yogurt topped with 1/4 cup leftover granola after waking up the second time around 8:00. 

Weekly Workout Schedule:

Monday: Off/walk

Tuesday: Turbo Kick

Wednesday: Body Pump

Thursday: Turbo Kick

Friday: Body Pump

Saturday: Yoga

Sunday: PIYO or Zumba
